Before the festive whirlwind takes hold, join Unfurling for a rare chance to pause, breathe and get intentional about the year ahead.
This session combines mindful nature connection with creative reflection, giving you space to step back from the daily grind and think about what you want to carry into 2025. We'll use gentle forest bathing practices to help you shift into a calmer, more open state of mind, then explore what you want to let go of and what new possibilities you'd like to nurture in the coming year.
Through nature-inspired creative activities and guided reflection, you'll have time to consider what matters most and plant the metaphorical seeds for what you want to grow next year. This isn't about endless to-do lists or resolutions that fizzle by February. It's about getting clear on your intentions and giving yourself permission to start the new year feeling grounded rather than frazzled.
The reset with nature is particularly suited to freelancers, small business owners, and people working in charities, social enterprises or startups who could use some headspace before year-end hits.
Come as you are. Leave feeling more grounded and clearer about where you're heading.
