Before the festive whirlwind takes hold join Unfurling for a chance to pause, connect with nature, and get intentional about the year ahead.
This retreat combines mindful nature connection with creative reflection, giving you space to step back from the daily grind and think about what you want to cultivate more of in 2027. We'll use gentle forest bathing practices to help you shift into a calmer, more open state of mind, then explore what you want to let go of and what new possibilities you'd like to nurture in the coming year.
Through nature-inspired creative activities and guided reflection, you'll have time to consider what matters most and plant the metaphorical seeds for what you want to grow next year. This isn't about endless to-do lists or resolutions that fizzle by February. It's about getting clear on your intentions and giving yourself permission to start the new year feeling grounded rather than frazzled.
The reset with nature is particularly suited to freelancers, small business owners, and people working in charities, social enterprises or start-ups who could use some headspace before the holidays hit.
It can be stressful working (or volunteering) for a fairer, greener world, and there's not always the space to decompress and process what's stressing me. The Autumn Reset day with Unfurling was a chance to be in the woods and really look, listen and feel - a chance to get back in balance. Helen facilitated the day beautifully, giving us a taste of Forest Bathing and offering some new ways to think about the challenges the Autumn is bringing each of us. There was also a stupendous lunch provided, and an optional walk and chat afterwards. Altogether an ideal "awayday" for those of us who don't have a team to reflect with!
